A mom like us with her baby on her hip could be the next Vice President… but, let’s help her get fashionable! First Day of School FashionWhile getting the children ready for the first day of school, lets not forget about mama. I’m sure like myself, the last time many of you experienced your own ‘first day of school’ was many years ago. However, you still want to look fab for the children’s first day. Not to worry, here are a few ways you can set a trend, making getting dressed to take the kids to school, beautiful and hassle-free. If you can, why not sneak a few new items into the cart while shopping for the kids. A new tee shirt in a fresh color instantly makes you look pulled together. For a small amount of money you can update your look. A new shirt can cost as little as 5 or 6 dollars, if you want and can spend more, why not? A wrap dress is always a good investment. You can wear it many different ways. Dress it down with some simple wedge heels or dress it up for a date with a classic pair of pumps and some lots of jewelry.

Makeup Bag Makeover
The dog days of summer are on the way out and some of the items in your makeup bag should be right behind! You’ve rocked a fabulous look all summer long. The sun streaked hair, the bronzed cheeks, the glossy lips - you looked cute. Now its time to get ready for autumn. I know what you’re thinking - Tiffany, I don’t want to throw away EVERYTHING in my makeup bag, what things can I use into the next season? What things absolutelyhave to go and what should I add? Don’t panic, here I am to answer all of your questions. Lets get started Toss: Mascara: This needs to be replaced every 2 to 3 months. It gets dry, gets a funky scent and is a breeding ground for bacteria. Bright color makeup: Those bright colors like coral and bright pinks are cute..for the summer. They don’t translate as well in the fall and winter. Toss’em Bronzer: The shimmery goddess look worked well in summer, but you need a new look for autumn. Pastel shade: Those bumblegum shades of nailpolish and eyeshadow, pretty for summer, no good for autumn Continue Reading >>> See You in September!
With autumn rapidly approaching, the time has come to begin preparing our beauty routine for this season. I hate saying ‘goodbye’ to summer hair and flip flops as much as the next gal. Much like the children on their first day of school, I like to look and feel amazing once the calendar reads ‘September’. Here are a few ways you can begin to prepare for autumn, give them a try. SCRUB-A-DUB Your feet have taken a beating. You’ve been wearing flip flops everywhere since the end of April and now your feet show the damage. Dry, cracked heels, not very attractive. Everyday, be sure to use a pumice during your bath time. The pumice will get rid of your cracked heels in no time. Be sure not to neglect the sides of your feet, they need a good scrub as well.
