During this busy holiday weekend, why not opt for simple no-fuss looks.  This weekend a scarf in red, blue or white will not only look great but will also keep you looking very patriotic.   Consider pulling your hair back into a high ponytail, which is both cool and chic.

Simple looks are best for makeup, for this hot weekend, you want to look pulled together - effortlessly.   After applying sunscreen,  a liberal amount of bronzer,  put on a couple coats of waterproof mascara and some lipgloss, that look will carry you throughout the day.  If you’re feeling very adventurous, why not try a swipe of coloured mascara or maybe red lipgloss!?

In an effort to keep cool and look festive, cotton dresses or tank tops with pretty skirts are perfect.  While you don’t have to wear red, white and blue all at the same time, a splash of red will give a patriotic look.  Your body is not the place for the United States flag to be worn.  Any bright color will be good for this holiday weekend.  I’m going for a simple white a-line linen skirt, a blue denim tank top and a simple sandal.  If you’re in the mood, going with a funky bold print will jazz up your look.

 Whatever you decide to wear, look simple, look chic and for July 4th, look patriotic.  Happy Independence Day!

The calendar says ‘SUMMER!’ but your look says ‘winter blah’.  Not to worry, here a few ways to get the sizzling summer look you want from head to toe.  These easy tricks will make getting ready everyday so simple and you’ll look stunning even during the dog days of summer.

Summer is the perfect time to get bangs, maybe cut off a few inches or even go crazy with color.  Give the blowdryer a rest, sexy beach hair is ‘IN’!  You don’t need to live near the beach to get it. Instead of spending time perfecting your blowout, why not air dy and wear your hair wavy or curly.  No need to use hairspray or gel - just wash, tousle and go.

Next up - Hair Removal.  Thats right start at the top and work your way down - remove it ALL, underarms, legs, and other areas (you know what I’m talking about, wink)

With lots of sunshine streaming into your home, now is the perfect time, be sure to start by waxing, threading or plucking your eyebrows.  Lots of natural light make getting those stray hairs a breeze. 

Baring all in pretty tank tops will be a breeze with the hair removed from your underarms.  While in the shower be sure to do a bit of shaving, doing it often also exfoliates the skin.   Don’t forget ladies smooth legs=sexy legs.  Pick your preference, be it shaving, waxing or depilatory - as long as its gone.  Now that we’re all wearing shorts and beautiful skirts,  smooth bare legs is the perfect accessory.
